Back and neck pain, post pregnancy, sporting and every day injuries are Steph's passions when it comes to Myotherapy, but her treatment support goes far beyond those.
With a unique combination of muscle release techniques, corrective exercises, postural taping, dry needling, massage and more, Steph's intention is to get to the core of your injury and support you to life a life of optimal health and wellness.
