We’ve all experienced this one from time to time, I know I’m not alone in that. And neither are you. If you’re human you have an ego (as do we all) then I’m guessing that at some stage in life you’ve had a case of comparison-it is. It can feel crippling and anxiety inducing and it really sucks!
BUT there are things you can do about it. One of those things is acknowledging it, feeling it in your body and allowing yourself to honour what you need the most in that moment. Be it space to recalibrate, release and regroup. Some time to yourself on nature or meditating. Or maybe it's voicing how you feel to someone?
