If you're feeling in need of some grounding then this is for you. Feeling ungrounded could fee like: - Overwhelm, - Anxiety, - A feeling of needing to do, do, do and not be able to stop (adrenal overload), - Overthinking everything, - Not being able to trust in your intuition or your self, - Finding it heard to make decisions or to find clarity in situations, Just to name a few. If you are feeling any of the above then click the You Tube video below and pop your headphones on if you have them handy and allow yourself to be grounded. Depending on how you feel you may want more grounding so you might like to play it a couple of times over.
