After the devastating news during the week in Europe I felt called to share some practices that can support the collative energy and what we can do on an individual level.
I believe we are all connected energetically. We can feel each others happiness and sadness and all the emotions in between. We have all experienced that at one time or another. And we can support each other energetically across the globe too.
I also believe we can support the collective by doing our bit to raise the energy and that every human matters in the mission of peace for humanity.
