INTUITION & EXERCISE
It is freezing here in Melbourne! So cold and wet that I can not bare to go outside for my regular exercise!
And I have really been missing not only the physical benefits of exercise, but also the intuitive boost that it offers me.
I’ve been feeling like I have ‘thin skin’ recently.
I’ve had some energy and old patterns come to the surface and when I’m doing the work, feeling it all and in ‘healing mode’, my soul usually shows me this image of ‘thin skin’ that represents my vulnerability and recalibration.

It's time to give yourself permission to listen to what you need and honour ‘you’ whenever you can.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still learning to set boundaries and prioritise self care.
It's a journey, so go easy and show yourself a whole lotta self compassion.
A lesson from comparison-itis
We’ve all experienced this one from time to time, I know I’m not alone in that. And neither are you.
If you’re human you have an ego (as do we all) then I’m guessing that at some stage in life you’ve had a case of comparison-it is.
I love a good synchronicity.
I'm a believer in an energy bigger than us, that exists within and all around us, that connects us to one another and a deeper unseen wisdom.
And the synchronicity in this moment was not lost on me at all.
As I was sitting in the ‘cane egg’ on the veranda of our Healsville house last weekend watching the deep Forrest around me, I was reminded of the layers of life.
I could only see Forrest as far as my eyes could see and as I watched the thick mist come and go I became aware of the layers that made up the mystical sight before me.
