Following last weeks (very timely) blog post about how routines and schedules create space for intuition and peace to flow through life, I am now calling on them more in life again!
It couldn't have been more relevant in the timing as here in Melbourne we are back in a 7 day lockdown. And with the week ahead home schooling 2 kids and playing with and entertaining my youngest (he's 2.5), with some work sprinkled in there too, it is ALL about the rituals and schedules this week. There is one practice that I plan on inviting back into my morning routine this week that I know will support me through my days.

This last week I was away on a holiday in sunny Noosa, just my hubby and I, and it has been the biggest gift.
Some of my favorite things about traveling and going on holidays are the simplicity, space and time to ponder life. After going through the big exciting transition of starting work in clinic again I quickly began to see how I needed to reshuffle a few things in life. One of those being my self care rituals.
I love the fact that (like anything we do regularly and then have a break from) with self care you can see in it's absence how powerful it is. This ones for all the curious (and skeptical ;) souls.
I always have been and always will be a curious soul. For the longest time I have been curious about the world of energy healing including intuitives, healers, Reiki practitioners, energy workers, psychics, you name it! I wanted to know more... "NO MUD, NO LOTUS"
I LOVE this Thich Nhat Hahn quote. We all have experiences in life that feel like we’ll never get through. |
