Feel the feels
Feeling emotions can be damn hard.
As humans we generally don’t want to feel the uncomfortable stuff at all let alone long enough to fully process it.
But the truth is that when we do, we create a big shift.
We experience a release.
We create a healing.
We create space for the soul wisdom and guidance to become clear.
All of the answers we are seeking from within are on the other side of feeling all those tough emotions and feels.
We can absolutely do this ourselves. 100% we can.
BUT there are times when we are new to this path that it can feel scary to do it alone. Or when we are dealing with emotions that feel too big, heavy and scary to look at let alone feel alone.
I get it because I have been there.
Those moments when you feel paralyzed and can’t move forward because it feels too scary to look at it, to feel it and be with it.
Those moments when you feel like it is more than too much to deal with.
Those moments when you wonder if it will ever ever pass, because it feels like it never will.
But it can. And it does. The power is within us.
And I am here to remind you of that.

You got this. You are stronger than you think.
I want you to know that you are not alone in the fears, the anxiety and the big scary emotions that you feel.
You are never ever alone. Despite what your ego will try to convince you of.
