It is freezing here in Melbourne! So cold and wet that I can not bare to go outside for my regular exercise! And I have really been missing not only the physical benefits of exercise, but also the intuitive boost that it offers me. I love riding and running not only for a good cardio session, but also to clear out any stress in my mind and stagnant energy in my body. Movement and exercise has always been one of my 'go to's' if I'm feeling stressed, to boost my mood and for the past few years, to clear way for my intuition to come through. As physical beings we store unfelt emotions in our body and when we don't move it blocks the flow of energy in our body and our chakra (energetic) system. We also have between 50-70,000 thoughts a day and less that 5% are original thoughts! Such an interesting statistic! And I know I'm not along in saying that a good dose of cardio exercise clears out the mental cobwebs and clears the mind. Creating space for intuitive guidance and wisdom to drop on in. I have personally found that physical exercise is one of the quickest ways to shift blocked energy, in my mind and body, to make way to receive some intuitive guidance. Especially if I feel I am resisting thoughts in my mind or resisting something changing in my life. That hit of movement really gets the energy moving making way for my soul to get louder and for me to hear her via my intuition.
