This past week I fell of my daily rituals wagon. BIG time. And I really felt it to. In so many ways. Feeling grumpy and overwhelmed, not having the best sleep and buying into the stories of my ego to name a few. Basically riding the waves of being human! But I do find that I cope with the waves SO much better when I have my regular rituals in place. It can be easy to judge ourselves when this happens and throw in the towel, but I want to remind you that it's ok to start again.
We have a fresh new day everyday to begin again! I spent some time yesterday and this morning planning my week out in advance. And then this morning re-started sticking to my plans again. At first it felt like I was dragging myself up hill getting out of bed in the cold to exercise and meditate, but I am SO glad that I did. I felt a million times better for doing it. The tools that I’m using to create and track my ritual and life schedule are the ‘work from home’ planner and the ‘Create your best life journal’ both by Collective Hub. These 2 allow me to plan both work and personal goals for the week and schedule it all in. I love them SO much! And after having shared them with you in clinic and on social media so much, I decided to get a few for you to take home yourself! The following are some of my faves from the Collective Hub collection available in clinic from tomorrow (Tuesday 29th June) for you to pick up and start using! Create Your Best Life Journal $39 I love this journal for organizing my day into 3 parts, morning, afternoon and evening. I write down all of the habits I'm working on and track them throughout the day. And that's just the tip of the ice berg of this incredible journal! It also dives into mindfulness, mindset, your goals and why you want to achieve them and more! Collective Hub yoga mat $79 (save $10) I have to admit I am fussy when it comes to yoga mats and I really love this one. It's soft and flexible and I don't slide on it either. Bonus for those tough yoga poses! Work from home daily planner $12 I LOVE this A3 planner and I tend to use one per week, although you can use it daily. I write down all of my work and personal 'to do's, what I need to complete them and some gratitude and accomplishments for the week. I usually scribble intuitive downloads and notes all over it too. I love the large size as it's so easy to see it all at a glance on my desk. I have a couple of each item in clinic, so if you're after one you can reply to this email or ask me about it at your next in clinic session. There is no postage on these in clinic items, they are only for in person pick up. That's all from me today. Have a great week and I'll see you soon! Big love and hugs, Steph xx
