Last week I was feeling the vulnerability hangover BIG time! Launching my podcast series and sharing my personal intuitive stories had me equally excited and wanting to hide our under my doona! The only thing that made me follow through with my podcast launch was knowing that my 'Why' for creating the podcast is bigger than my fear. My ‘why’ for creating this resource is multifaceted, and one of the reasons that I created it is for those seeking a deeper connection with the deeper self within and for those curious (just like I was for so long!) about intuition and the world of energy and the spiritual journey.
So I launched her knowing she is needed in this world for those seeking a deeper connection to self and a better understanding of this ‘soul having an earthly experience’ kinda life. (If you want to check out the podcast, all the episodes are over HERE). It can feel scary to put yourself out there in any area of life and be vulnerable. But that’s where the growth, the learning and the juiciness of life is! Its in the arena being vulnerable and courageous despite what the ego has to say! If you don’t know what I’m talking about regarding the link between vulnerability and courage, head over and watch Brene Brown‘s incredible netflix special 'A call to courage', to hear more about this and how it plays out in your own life. It's an incredible show that I will be no doubt be watching on repeat. When was the last time you were vulnerable? With yourself or someone else, or another part of life? Have a great day beautiful ones! Big love and hugs, Steph xx
