Healing and vibrational/ energetic shifts can occur anywhere!

I was at my hairdressers on Saturday and we were chatting away when she said something so simple yet it was so profound to me. 

​It helped me understand myself at a deeper level.

It was a visceral shift that I felt within as I let the vibration of her words sink in.

It was a perspective that I hadn’t yet seen and it was like a healing occurred in that moment.

So, be sure to leave room in your days for unexpected healings and vibrational shifts that can come out of the blue.
