This 'Universal Energy Musings' post is guidance that I receive through meditation to share as divine downloads with the aim or offering some support to you in the current energy landscape. It relates to the universal energy that we are all experiencing at the time it's posted. I hope you find some peace and healing within the following words:) Universal Energy Musings 10/4/2017 ... Step through the veil of fear to your truth and your dreams. Fear is simply that, a veil. It only becomes a brick wall if we let it. Fear might seem and feel big and scary until we look it in the eyes and see it for what it is. A sensation on the path to expansion. So... are you ready to face your fears? To FEEL them? REALLY feel them? I want to clarify what I mean by FEEL. I've had this conversation a bit lately and feeling doesn't mean just saying 'oh hey fear, I see you' then walking the other way and pushing it back down. When I say FEEL it, I mean saying 'hey fear, let's dance!' And jumping right into the swing of feeling her and letting her sensation take over your whole body. Yes... the intensity will most likely increase, Yes... that can be scary, and Yes... it's propably going to feel uncomfortable, a bit restrictive, and take over your whole being... Here's what I suggest to my clients when truly FEELING what is ising from within... if you're doing this alone or with a Soul Sister, out of the space of a healer, create your own sacred space using crystals (citrine, smoky quartz, amethyst, rodochrosonite are my faves), essential oils (geranium, wintergreen and cypress are my picks for this work), maybe a candle and a deck of oracle cards to pick one at the beginning and one at the end for some guidance. When you're feeling your emotions and really getting in there, allow any thoughts or judgements from your mind (i.e., this is so uncomfortable! I'm done! This feels like shit!) to float away like clouds in the sky and come back to feeling. Allow yourself to feel it from a space of love and simply giving the sensations your full awareness. Not a means to an end of 'when will this thing leave like Steph said it would!' More a 'I'm paying attention to the sensation in this moment and helding space for it simply as it is. I'm feeling it, I'm breathing through it, I'm giving it the attention It's asking for.' Give yourself a few minutes, generally 2 max if you're really honouring it in all of it's presence, and feel it transform as it shifts through you. Eventually decreasing in intensity and finally she's gone... Search around for any remaining leftovers of her presence and make sure you felt it ALL. Give yourself some time to intrgrate this shift and take it easy for the rest of the day, spending some time on self love and nurturing.
