This 'Universal Energy Musings' post is guidance that I receive through meditation to share as divine downloads with the aim or offering some support to you in the current energy landscape. It relates to the universal energy that we are all experiencing at the time it's posted. I hope you find some peace and healing within the following words:)

Universal Energy Musings 30/4/2017 ...

It's all rising...

Let it rise...

I can't tell you what's going on from an astrological point of view, but I can share with you what I've been experiencing at an energetic level. And what I know plenty of others are experencing in this energetic landscape too.

It feels overwhelming, because EVERYTHING is rising, the emotions that we are ready to purge and heal, the desires we wish to bring to life, our soul gifts that we are here to share with the world.

We are being asked to feel it all...
See it all as it rises...
And wade through what is ready to be felt and released, and what is ready to be birthed into this world as a soul creation for the greater good of the world.

It feels confusing, overwhelming and it would be so easy to push it all down and pretend it isn't there. To turn a blind eye to our re-birthing and our soul expansion is something that would be easy to do in one sense, and more uncomfortable in others.
For when we say yes to feeling everything that's rising and allow ourselves to surrender to, and action the callings of our soul, we say yes to the truth within us and the universe holds space for our dreams to manifest.

THIS SHIFT MAY PRESENT AS:

+ Confusion, overwhelm and feelings of fragility,
+ Solar plexus purging, physical tummy upsets and tummy pains.
+ Sensitive and emotional. 

RITUALS TO SUPPORT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS SHIFT...

+ Create some time and a safe space to feel what's rising within you. Really FEEL it in all its presence in order to allow it to move through you and release.

+ Spend some time with some Soul Sisters or Soul Brothers sharing your experience and hold space for one another and all that is shifting and moving through you.

+ Where would I love to feel more flow and acceptance in my life?...
+ How would it feel it I had the courage to feel it, let it go and trust in a plan bigger than my minds plan?...
