I believe vulnerability is one of the most brave and courageous things we can do. Being vulnerable can sure be scary, feel big and sometimes impossible until we take the leap and let our truest self be seen. I really want to take a moment to honour those who are vulnerable with themselves and their chosen soul supporters. It’s a privilege to witness beautiful souls being vulnerable and watching as their heart opens and they step further into their truth with so much courage. So much stagnant energy is released when we are truly and deeply vulnerable.
Our soul is crying out for us to find someone to open up to and be vulnerable with. I witness vulnerability when we look at the parts of us that we shame, blame and judge. I witness vulnerability when we allow the light of awareness in to the darkness. I witness vulnerability when we are truly honest with our emotional world and how we really feel about something. I witness vulnerability when we see and feel our Dharma/ Soul Purpose and take one small step towards it. I witness vulnerability when we say no to something to spend time recharging in soulful solitude and truly honoring out self care needs. I witness vulnerability when we are truly in this moment, present. Here’s to all of you who have shown yourself or someone else vulnerability because it takes an ocean of courage to do so. If you're feeling the need to find a soul support to hold space for you to be vulnerable, or wanting to tap into your vulnerability with yourself. Here's how I do that for myself: 1. I spend time with one of my soul sisters or brothers. Those who I hold near and dear and who truly hold space for me to simply be where I am with no need to fix or change me. Those who will listen and offer an open ear with no expectations or needs for be any in any other space than what I am in. 2. Having a session with a healer can offer an abundance of support. I love being held in a healing space with a trusted healer and pouring my heat out and feeling safe to be vulnerable. I also love to create this space for my clients. It's a priveladge to witness another human being in their divine vulnerability. If you're after some support from me you can head over HERE to my ‘work with me’ page for info on how to book a session with me (in person or via Skype). 3. Journaling is another beautiful suportive tool to sink into and learn to be more vulnerable with yourself. A nice gently prompt to begin with is 'What do i feel now', and 'Why do I feel this?'. You might find after a little writing that you uncover some underlying patterns that are holding you where you are. And with that awareness the healing journey can begin. Have a beautiful day gorgeous ones, Big love and hugs, Steph xx
