What is Myotherapy?
Steph's Myotherapy sessions are a combination of assessing and treating the body's imbalances that cause pain or injury. Her sessions are a unique combination of Myotherapy infused with her knowledge and experience in personal training and pilates. They include a combination of massage, dry needling, corrective exercises, taping, and she has a large focus on education.
"When you understand why your body is in pain or injured you begin to realize there is plenty you can do to prevent future re-occurrences. You will always have some exercises or guidance to take home and follow so you recover and get back to all of life's activities in the fastest time possible."
Myotherapy is for you if:
- You suffer from back pain or the pain and symptoms associated with disc bulges,
- You've tried other treatment modalities and nothing else seems to work,
- You're suffering from headaches, neck and back pain,
- You're a Mumma who is in need of some TLC from all the hard work your body has been doing.
