Steph Demetrious Appointment Cancellation and Purchase Policy.
When you book your appointment, session or course with Steph Demetrious please do so mindfully as I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, session or course with more than 24 hours you will not incur a cancellation fee.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, session or course with less than 24 hours notice and the is no emergency or illness preventing you from attending your appointment, session or course, then a 50% cancelation fee will be charged.
For a 'no show' where you do not show up to your appointment, session or course then 100% of the fee will be charged.

We hold all personal and health information in accordance with the Victorian Health Records Act 2001 and Federal Privacy Act 1988.

A parent/ guardian MUST be present during all sessions with a child under the age of 12.

I do not hold her or the owners of her workplace responsible or liable for any indemnity or personal injury or loss or damage which may occur as a result of working with Steph Demetrious.
