As an eco conscious business we offer a refill program to avoid adding to landfill.

HOW TO USE OUR REFILL SERVICE:
STEP 1.
Save your packing wrapping and postage bag (if it's salvageable!) that you received your order in.
STEP 2.
Complete your details on the 'Thank You' card you received with your order, cut along the dotted line
and pop it in your postage bag with your wrapped bottles.
Be sure to stretch the hex wrap as you wrap your items for maximum protection in the post.
Please use clear and easy to read writing so I can contact you once I receive your bottles.
STEP 3.
Post your bottles to:

If you are using our 'pick up' service, you can drop your bottles off at
20/1140 Nepean Highway, Mornington during clinic opening hours (Tuesday and Thursday 9-3pm).
Please shoot me an email before dropping off your bottles to make sure I will be there:)
STEP4.
I will contact you via email with your 15% discount code and you can reorder your bottles.
Remember there is also free shipping for orders over $120 too!
If you haven't received an email from me more than 2 weeks after posting your bottles
please send me an email at info@stephdemetrious.com as your email may have been lost
in cyber space!
STEP 5.
Once you have placed your order I will post it out to you or it will be ready for pick up and you will
be notified via email.
STEP 6.
Celebrate, pat yourself on the back and do a happy dance because you are saving the earth
by using our refill service!
