'Reiki' literally means 'Sacred or Spiritual energy'.
Through your Reiki Journey you will reconnect and remember this energy that runs through the whole universe, including you.
Reiki is a journey of remembering your inner healing powers, your divine connection to all that is, and that your most important Guru is your within.
Reiki is the universal life force that sustains everything in existence. It runs through everything. It IS everything.
When we learn to connect with this energy within us and we are attuned to receiving and gifting this energy to ourselves firstly, then others, we remember how powerful we really are.
We FEEL empowered,
We take back our responsibility for our lives and our journey here on earth,
We remember our truth and reconnect with our soul in a way we had forgotten was possible,
We remember our soul purpose this lifetime and feel more in flow in life,
We learn to return from fear to love, fuelled by compassion for oneself and others,
We release the victim mentality and thoughts of 'life is happening to us', and we have no control. And instead we are reminded to take responsibility. That 'life is happening for us', for our expansion and for our growth.
And when we surrender control and listen to and act on our intuition, we fall in flow with life once again.

The Reiki Journey is firstly a journey of remembering.
A journey of self discovery and self healing.
Then it's a journey of supporting others through the divine gifting of Reiki energy.

In this 2 day course you will remember the healer within, reconnect to your soul consciousness and expand your awareness.
Through 2 soul nourishing days, Steph will hold space for you to be guided through:

- Learn how to feel and understand your energy,
- Energy protection and working with the Ascended Masters and Archangels,
- Chakra knowledge,
- Ignite your intuition 4 steps guide,

WHY DO REIKI 1 WITH STEPH?
I created this course with all of my own personal curiosities in mind when it comes to the world of energy, such as:
"How do I know for sure it's my intuition?"
"Can I FEEL this energy?"
"How can I know I'm in touch with this energy and working with it?"
"What happens when I keep questioning my abilities and these so called innate powers I possess?"
ALL of these questions and more are answered in this 2 day course.
I've also created it at a pace that allows for integration as we go, so that you won't feel overwhelmed by the information and you'll have time to let it all sink in.
When I did Reiki 1 I was blown away at how I now had a beautiful and simple way of supporting myself at an energetic level. And after all, energy is at the basis of everything!
The first and last thing I do every single day is offer myself Reiki healing. I find it such a beautiful wat to check in to my inner world and offer myself some healing and grounding.

- Pre Reiki 2 session, 30 mins, $75.
Through 1 soul nourishing day, Steph will hold space for you to be guided through:
- Guided intuitive meditations,
- The 3 Usui Reiki Sacred symbols, their meaning and their uses and their protection,
- Learn the practical application of the 3 symbols,
- Using the symbols for hands on and distance healing,
- The ethics required to use the symbols,
- Learn the history of your Reiki lineage,
- Continue your Soul Communication Journey,
- Manifesting with the guidance of your intuition, surrender and receiving.
- The stages of Re-birth and how they play out in life and how to recognise them and work with them,
- Reiki level 2 attunment.
- Finish the course with a certification as a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.

Reiki 2 is all about expanding your consciousness and connection with your inner healer.
You will learn the first level of reiki symbols that you can use on yourself and in healings you gift to others.
The symbols offer a deeper level of healing and embody intentions such as:
- Raising consciousness,
- Emotional healing,
- Rising of inner strength and power,
- Healing past lives and karma resolution and more.
We also go through one of MY PERSONAL FAVORITES:
The stages of the Re-birth cycle! I use this all the time and it blows me away how spot on it ALWAYS is!
You will learn:
- How the different stages of the Re-birth cycle play out in life,
- How to recognize them, and
- How to work with them consciously and effectively,
You also learn how to practice distance healing!
I used this practice recently while I was on holidays and my 2 big kids got sick back home, to offer them some healing energies. And it amazed me how much I could sense and work with their energy thousands of kilometers away!
I love that energy knows no bounds and therefore we can work with it and tune in literally anywhere:)

- Demonstrate regular and responsible use of Reiki in your life, in the form or self Reiki and completion of practical hours with clients (friends and family),
- Show an understanding of the commitment involved in becoming a Reiki Master,
- A good understanding of Reiki theory and practice.
- Knowledge of their Reiki Lineage,
- Authenticated past training and knowledge,
- Undertakes regular and on going personal development,
- Reiki level 1 and 2 courses, including attunments.
- Pre Reiki 3 session, 30 mins, $75.
Through a two day journey, Steph will hold space for you to be guided through:
- Learning how to lead your own guided meditation and create a sacred space for your future students,
- Continue your Soul Communication Journey,
- Reiki teacher training material,
- Reiki Master attunement,
- Learn the master symbol and ethics of using it,
- We revisit he stages of the cycle of re-birthing and expansion when beginning your Reiki teacher journey.
