Practice:
Shake bottle well and roll a small amount in your palms.
Rub your palms together and cup over your nose and mouth as you inhale and exhale slowly. Repeat the mantra "I clear the path for my soul to shine from the deeply grounded present" (or one from below or a mantra of your own) allowing yourself to slow down and receive the healing energies of your breath, the blend and the present moment.
Repeat for desired amount of breaths. I.e. 4 breaths, 7 breaths (1 for each chakra), 5 minutes, etc.
Roll on pulse points behind ears and on wrists for a natural scent while repeating the intention on the bottle or one from below.
Add to your yoga or meditation practice or keep in your hand bag for a dose of calm grounding energy.
