Practice:
Shake bottle well and roll a small amount in your palms and over your Crown Chakra (the crown of your head).
Rub your palms together and cup over your nose and mouth as you inhale and exhale slowly. Repeat the mantra "I discover the journey of my soul and welcome my soul's divine guidance" (or one from below or a mantra of your own) allowing yourself to receive the guidance and wisdom of your soul.
Repeat for desired amount of breaths. I.e. 4 breaths, 5 minutes, etc.
Roll on pulse points behind ears and on wrists for a natural scent while repeating the intention on the bottle or one from below.
Add to your yoga or meditation practice or keep in your hand bag for a dose of wisdom and understanding.
