Practice:

Practice:
Shake bottle well and roll a small amount over your heart (over your lower left ribs) and/or in your palms. Rub your palms together and cup over your nose and mouth as you inhale and exhale slowly allowing the healing energies to support you as you feel the emotions (sensations/ restrictions/ physical manifestations) in your body. Continue to breathe as the energies shift and you feel clarity in your body. This may take one or multiple sittings of practice depending on the emotion.
Roll on pulse points behind ears and on wrists for a natural scent while repeating the mantra on the bottle, one from below or one of your own.
