Practice:
Shake bottle well, close eyes spray 2-3 times and inhale while repeating the mantra on the bottle, one from below or one of your own.
Mist on palm, rub palms together, cup palms over nose and mouth and inhale while repeating your chosen mantra.
Mist onto pillow before bed time to welcome a connection of human and spirit through the expression that is life.
